Cube, cone or cylinder?
Some shapes aren't drawings on paper: they take up space, like a die, a ball and a can. They're the cube, the sphere, the cylinder, the cone and the pyramid.
Educational games for kids ages 2 to 6
Big as the herd: clocks, plus and minus signs, solid shapes and everyday texts.

In the herd, the older elephants lead the way and the younger ones take care of them. It's the same with grandparents: love, patience and help.
You can write a sound! A dash is a long sound, a dot is a short sound. Listen to the elephant's trunk and find the right drawing.
On the screen everyone looks the same size! Think about their real size: even a baby elephant is bigger than a grown-up cat.
The elephant wants the rug that covers the most floor. The shape doesn't matter: count the colored squares in each rug.
We write for lots of reasons: a list to remember, an invitation to invite, a recipe to cook, a note to let someone know. Which kind of writing do we use each time?
Bigger challenges and the party that reviews everything the child learned.
A clock has two hands. When the big hand is on twelve, the little hand points to the exact hour. Look at the little hand!
The plus sign puts together, the minus sign takes away. Read the problem with the numbers and signs and find the answer.
The sign opens its mouth toward the bigger number, like a trunk grabbing the biggest pile of peanuts. When the numbers are the same, we use the equal sign.
They say an elephant never forgets! Look at the line of numbers, keep it in your head and repeat it in the same order.
Elephants walk in pairs. Even numbers make pairs with no one left over: two, four, six, eight, ten...

The herd reached the lake and everyone got a trunk shower! Let's remember everything you discovered on the plains.
Region party
Numbers don't always come one right after another. Think about which is smaller and put them in a row, up to twenty.

A die is a cube, a ball is a sphere, a can is a cylinder. Match each solid to the object with its shape.
